Core Engineering Group, PLLC, was founded in February 2004 to provide transportation and public improvement/works engineering design in the Yuma area (Southwest Arizona and Southeast California). Core provides relevant, local experience in projects to include ADOT, Yuma County, City of Yuma, and the surrounding areas.

Giving customers quality service with realistic but aggressive goals is the basis of Core's proliferation. Utilizing industry-standard tools like AutoCad, Inroads, Trimble GPS survey equipment, and Civil 3-D in-house allows Core to keep up with demand on any level.

Founded by Registered Land Surveyor and Licensed Civil Engineer Douglas Nicholls, Core provides a complimentary mindset between the two fundamental fields of civil design.
