Castle View is an eighty(80) acre subdivision for which Core Engineering Group provided engineering and survey services in order to rezone and subdivide the property into 212 residential lots over the entire eighty acres, including all storm drain design, retention, domestic water, sewer, and traffic engineering. Core also provided zoning and subdivision platting.
