Private Development Design
Core Engineering Group provides private development design engineering services to both commercial and residential development projects, large and small, that proceed through the City of Yuma and Yuma County processes from the planning and general plan stage through lot ties, subdivisions, and final design plans. Residential services include subdivision of land into small to large residential subdivisions, development of parcels for residential use to include septic design, property corner determination, and other compliance issues.
Commercial construction documents include: paving and grading plans; site plans; water, sewer, and utility infrastructure plans; and storm water pollution prevention plans.
