Highlighted Design:

  • Castle View – Yuma, Arizona

  • Castle View is an 80-acre subdivision that required extensive engineering and survey services in order to rezone and subdivide the property into 212 residential lots across the entire property. Work included all storm drain design, retention, domestic water, sewer and traffic engineering. Core also provided zoning and subdivision platting.

  • 84 Lumber

  • The motto of 84 Lumber is “Build on What We Know.” When it comes to civil engineering, the good folks at 84 Lumber know that Core Engineering Group makes grand opening happen. The hardware and lumber company originally came to Core for ALTA survey work. That led to site design and that led to a continuing relationship that has spanned new sites across Arizona and California. Full site designs routinely involve design and survey services, including paving and grading, water and sewer, storm water (SWPPP), and lot ties and splits.
