84 Lumber
84 Lumber's motto is "Build on what we know," and in civil design they know that Core Engineering Group helps make grand openings happen. It started with an ALTA survey. That led to a site design, and that experience with Core led to a continuing relationship for new sites in Arizona and California. As always, Core is pleased to build relationships on technical excellence and close attention to clients' needs.
The full site designs routinely entail design and survey services including paving and grading, water and sewer, storm water (SWPPP), and lot ties/splits. For the original site Core also facilitated the special zoning approval process for APZ-1 in Yuma.
