Transportation engineering is the primary focus of Core Engineering Group in projects relating to the Arizona Department of Transportation and local municipalities’ departments of transportation and public works. Development of planning documents, analysis of transportation corridors and facilities, and final construction documents are prime concerns for Core Engineering Group.

Public Works engineering services is a staple of Core Engineering Group. Projects include roadway design, waterline, sewerline, and miscellaneous projects such as drainage, storm drain systems, and retention projects.

  • ASH Segment 3 – Project management and roadway design of the 5-mile leg of SR195, including federal, state, and local government collaboration.
  • ADOT District Minor On-Call – On-call consultant for ADOT, Yuma District.
  • SR280 Final Design – Traffic design, survey and utility support.
  • SR95, MP112 Turn Lanes – Turn lanes for BLM's High Jolly Camp Area, off of SR95.
  • SR95, MP157 – Survey and utility coordination for SR95 widening through Holiday Harbour, north of Parker.
  • Jefferson Street – Roadway and traffic design for safety improvement of Somerton street.
